At STICK WITH MACQUILLY, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Because the vast majority of our items are made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

❌ Customized & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom Printed Apparel (including heat transfer vinyl and embroidery)
  • Custom Vinyl Signs, Decals, and Bumper Stickers
  • Dye Sublimation Products (e.g., signs, keychains, drinkware, license plates)

These items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

✅ Quality Issues or Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your approved proof/mockup, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either:

  • Replacing the item
  • Offering a partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Note: We may request photos and a description of the issue to verify the problem before issuing a return or refund.

📦 Return Window & Conditions

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee any refunds or replacements. Returned items must be in unused and unwashed condition unless otherwise directed by our team.
